Video: Say No More - Fickle Friends

Following on from its recent release, Fickle Friends have now unveiled a fresh video for their single Say No More. Despite hailing from Brighton there is a warm California vibe - the video is full of contrasting pastel colours and perfectly matches the feel of the song.

The band have just announced their biggest ever UK tour - the dates are below and you can grab tickets here. Those in the US can catch the band at SXSW next year.

Stream: Paris - Fickle Friends

Another great track from Brighton group Fickle Friends... Paris is the second track to be taken from debut EP Velvet, out today. This is a slightly more laid back track than those we have heard from the band previously - still starry eyed but with the edge taken off. In singer Natassja Shiner's words:

“Paris is our quiet storm." explains singer Natassja Shiner, continuing "It captures the subtleties we love in Bombay Bicycle Club's instrumental layers but with our own Janet Jackson-esque spin. It's the song you hear at 3AM when things are getting hazy.

Brighton group Fickle Friends were one of my favourite discoveries last year, with their track Swim making number 37 in my songs of the year list. Having made big waves last year as an unsigned act, the band this week announced the forthcoming release of their debut EP Velvet, due for release on 25 May via Killing Moon Records & B3SCI Records.

New single Could Be Wrong is taken from the forthcoming EP, along with three yet-to-be-heard tracks, Velvet, Paris and Shake Her. It's another massive injection of infectious pop harmony - check it out below whilst we collectively count down to that late-Mar release date!

Stream: For You (Ghost Beach Remix) - Fickle Friends

Another nice remix of Fickle Friends... NY duo Ghost Beach have delivered an upbeat take on recent single For You, which raises things up a notch but manages to retain the pulse quickening feel of the original. The mix came about after the two groups met at a festival in the summer, with Fickle Friends ending up joining Ghost Beach's new label Crazy Heart Records.
